Surat: Sachin GIDC Police nabbed one Ismael Ahmed Khan (resident of Somnath Nagar, Shivraj Maurya chawl) for raping a 3-month old calf.

Bajrangnagar based Harishankar Dubey works as priest in this Hanuman mandir at Gabheni village near Surat. He owns two cows and one female calf. He keeps these cows in a shade near the temple. A 3-month old calf was also tied with rope in a tin shade near the temple.

On 3rd March Dubey woke up in the night to cater grass to cows. It was around 5 am and he didn’t spot a calf. When he checked further, he saw a calf was lying down on the ground and its urinal portion was swelling.

The priest called others and they checked CCTV recording footage. The locals spotted a suspicious person passing through the area in CCTV footage. When checked further he was identified as Ismail Khan. The locals nabbed and thrashed him, after which police arrived and took away Ismael for further actions. DeshGujarat
