Kevadia: The Statue of Unity Authority and Shulpaneshwar Mahadev Trust have jointly decided to change the timings of the Laser show at SOU and Narmada Aarti. The timing for the Projection Mapping Show (Laser Show) will be adjusted to start at 7:30 PM instead of 7:15 PM, effective from April 13th, 2024. Similarly, the Narmada Mahaarti will begin at 8:15 PM instead of 8:00 PM.

It’s notable that the laser show utilizes cutting-edge technology, providing optimal viewing conditions in complete darkness. Keeping this in mind, the decision was made by SOU Authority Chairman Mr. Mukesh Puri and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Udit Agarwal to better accommodate tourists visiting the Statue of Unity.

In this regard, the Additional Collector of SoU Authority Mr. Gopal Bamania mentioned that the bus facility has been made available free of charge for all tourists. This allows tourists to also participate in the Mahaarti. Bus service will be provided free of charge from Platform No. 5 and 6 to reach the Narmada Mahaarti venue from here. Additionally, bus facilities are planned to be made available to travelers to reach various parking areas where the Mahaarti takes place.
