August 12, 2024
Mumbai: A 45-meter-long SBS span was launched on Sunday over the Petlad Irrigation Canal in Kheda during the ongoing work on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project.
The canal, an irrigation channel of the Mahisagar River, spans 40 meters in width and flows through 193 villages over its 46 km length.
To avoid obstructing the water flow of the canal, a 45-meter-long span consisting of 19 segments was joined to complete the launch over the canal. DeshGujarat
