Some changes in PM Modi’s visit to home-state Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Due to late departure from his earlier events at Jharkhand, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive late in Gujarat. The Prime Minsiter was erlier scheduled to arrive at Ahmedabad airport at 4.30 pm, but now his arrival will take place at 6.30 pm as per sources.
The Prime Minister was to fly to Vadsar Air Force station near Ahmedabad in helicopter after his arrival at the airport. According to sources, he was to visit the new operation centre of Indian Air Force at Vadsar. He was to later arrive at Gandhinagar Secretariate complex based helipad from Vadsar and move to Governor’s residence Raj Bhavan at around 6 pm where number of meetings including the one of Shri Somnath Trust were scheduled. PM during his visits to Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar takes night-halt at Raj Bhavan.
It is learnt that due to late arrival from Jharkhand, now the timings are changed and the Prime Minister will reach Raj Bhavan late.
The Prime Minister will be on three days long visit from today evening. His visit will be limited to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. He is going to leave for Odisha on September 17 which is his birthday. DeshGujarat
