Former IAS Sanjay Gupta gets bail in Metro project scam case

Gujarat High Court has today ordered bail for Ahmedabad Metro rail project scam accused former IAS officer Sanjay Gupta. This is permanent relief for Sanjay Gupta after temporary bails. As per the court order, Gupta will have to deposit Rs 1 crore as surety amount. He will have to deposit Rs 50 lakh in next 15 days and Rs 50 lakh in fortnight then after.
