FICCI appointed as national partner for Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2017

Ahmedabad: Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) has been appointed as the national partner for the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2017 summit by iNDEXTb. In an official communication by iNDEXTb, FICCI has been informed that the Government of Gujarat has decided to appoint Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) as National Partner jointly with CII and work closely in organising Vibrant Gujarat: 2017 Summit.”
The 8th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, with the core theme of ‘Connecting India to the World’ is going to be organized during January 10-13, 2017 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar.
Speaking on this development, Mr. Rajiv Vastupal, Chairman of FICCI Gujarat State Council said, “It is a matter of pride for us that FICCI has been appointed as the national partner for Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2017. This Summit started by our Honourable Prime Minister when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat has come a long way since its inception. The focus of this Summit is to go beyond Gujarat and make it an all-India focused event for the world at large with the central theme of ‘Connecting India to the World’. FICCI, along with all other stakeholders, will ensure that this summit a big success globally.”
He further added, “As the largest and oldest apex business organisation in India, FICCI has been consistently promoting & showcasing industries of Gujarat across India and the globe over the decades. FICCI will take the upcoming Summit to even greater heights this time and strive to make it a global event as the Davos of the East.”
