Speculations rife on two former Congress MPs joining BJP later this month

Rajkot: Speculations are rife on two former Congress members of parliament joining ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. Both are fro influential Koli community of Saurashtra region. They are Somabhai Gandabhai Patel and Kunvarjibhai Bavalia. Somabhai was earlier in BJP. He had left BJP and joined Congress after he was not given time to meet then Chief Minister Narendra Modi over Chandni rape case. Kunvarjibhai has been executive president of Gujarat Congress in the past. He has good hold on Jasdan belt of Rajkot district. Both are likely to join BJP in presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi who is going to visit Botad town of Saurashtra region on 17 April for dedicating water projects.
