Ahmedabad: Gujarat Chief Minister Rupani today opened the 8th edition of Flower Show by Amdavad Municipal Corporation at Sabarmati Riverfront event ground and flower garden.

Spread over 88,500 square meter space the annual flower show will remain open for public till January 19.

Flower Show 2020, according to a note issued by the State government showcases more 750 varieties of one million plants, 200 ft green wall, various flower sculptures and more.

Smart parking facility for Flower Show 2020 has been arranged through ‘Show my parking’ mobile application. The visitors will be able to get information of available and occupied parking space through the app and take decision where to park the vehicle. They can later board an electric bus to reach the venue of flower show.

Entry tickets for flower show will be available at all civic centres of AMC and also at the show venue.

Ticket rate for persons above 12(age) will be Rs. 20 during Monday to Friday while senior citizens and children below 12 will get free entry. On Saturdays and Sundays, the entry ticket rate will be Rs. 50 for all.
