Bharatsinh Solanki issues notice regarding his wife; Counternotice comes out a day after

Anand: Former union minister and former president of Gujarat Congress Bharatsinh Madhavsinh Solanki has through his lawyer released a notice in prominent newspapers mentioning that his wife is not in his control and they are residing separately for last 4 years. He stated not to do any financial exchange with his wife in the name of him and he will not be responsible for it. He stated about the arbitrary behavior of his wife and conflicts between them. He also mentioned his fear of any harm from his wife.
Meanwhile in a counter notice issued by Solanki’s wife Reshma Solanki, daughter of Prakashchandra Patel through her lawyer, it is stated that Solanki was served by his wife Reshmaben when he was seriously ill after infected by Covid-19. However after recovery, his behavior changed suddenly and he started verbally abusing her. He forced her to leave his home and was misusing his political position and pressurizing her to give divorce. Reshma Solanki claimed she had not misbehaved with Bharatsinh and she was ready to live with him as a good wife, however she is receiving mental torture. She is having shelter at someone else’s home. Even there pressure is being built through threats to kick her out from home. Reshma Solanki’s notice mentions that Bharatsinh has given public notice in order to create mental pressure for divorce.
