Health minister launches 3-day mega enrolment drive for PMJAY-MA

Visnagar: State health minister Rushikesh Patel has launched a three-day long Aap ke dwar Ayushyaman drive in his Visnagar constituency area in attempt to cover maximum number of citizens under PMJAY-MA scheme under which Rs. 5 lakh medical treatment is offered for free to beneficiary families.

Patel said, the government has launched a mega drive to cover 80 lakh families or 4 crore beneficiaries under PMJAY-MA scheme. In last four months, 1.18 crore beneficiaries have got Ayushmayam card protection cover. A three-day mega drive for same has been launched from Visnagar. Same drive will be held in other districts and talukas as well.
