Light and Sound show over Ambaji Gabbar hill from April 8

Ambaji: Shri 51 shakti peeth parikrama mahotsav will take place at Ambaji from 8th to 10th April. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will dedicate the light and sound show developed at Gabbar hill in Ambaji at a cost of Rs 13.35 crore on 8th April.
The mahotsav is organized by the state government, pavitra yatradham vikas board and Shri Arasuri Ambaji Devasthan trust. The prakshalan vidhi of murti in all the mandirs on the route of Shri 51 shakti peeth parikrama marg will be performed at 6 am to 7 am on 8th April by pujari and students of sanskrit pathshala. The shobhayatra, jyot yatra and parikrama yatra will take place from 7 am to 11 am. The kalash yatra will be performed by 51 girls of adivasi ashramshala, ambaji; from Gabbar gate circle to Gabbar entrance. Dharmik Utsav Seva Samiti will do jyot arpan in all the mandirs, by bringing the jyot of Ambaji from the peak of Gabbar. The bhajan satsang program will be performed by various bhajan mandali of the district.
The light and sound show can be viewed in the 200 to 300 meters surroundings. The sound system is set-up near the seating arrangements at Gabbar and the control room is built on Gabbar. It will start daily at around 7 pm and devotees can view it at free cost. The parikrama route starts from the left side entrance gate of Gabbar. There are 1500 steps on the 2.8 km track. DeshGujarat
