Junagadh: The railway has changed the class of Satadhar railway station near Visavadar from B-class to D-class, due to which no employee of the railway department will be deployed there.

The railway station of the well-known religious site Satadhar is located near Visavadar between Junagadh and Sasan. The railway administration has changed the class of the railway station from B-class to D-class considering the income of the station. Due to the change of class, no railway employee will be there. The staff including the station master has been transferred from there. However, the passengers can buy tickets to the railway station and the train will stop there.

The Satadhar railway station is located on the route of the meter gauge train of Junagadh-Sasan. The state government has announced to declare the meter gauge train of Junagadh-Sasan as Heritage Train. DeshGujarat
