Morari Bapu performs ground breaking at Amdavad’s Orient Club

Amdavad’s first public club and second oldest club(first was Gujarat club) Orient Club will soon be converted into a 10-storeyed building with all the latest amenities on 1 lakh sq feet area at a cost of Rs. 20 crore.
Ram Kathakar Shri Morari Bapu performed groundbreaking ceremony of the new club building today in presence of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s Commissioner I.P.Gautam, Standing Committee Chairman, Gujarat Samachar’s Editor Shri Shreyansh Shah, Vice President of the club Shri Jayesh Shah, Reliance’s Group Vice President and MP Shri Parimal Nathwani, IAS Bhagyesh Jha, Meghmani industry’s owner Shri Rameshbhai Patel, Nirma University’s Vice Chancellor Shri N.V.Vasani, singer Nayan Pancholi, poet Ankit Trivedi and other dignitaries.
The new building(in photo) will have an entertainment zone, an auditorium that can seat 700 persons, banquet halls, card room, chess room, bridge room and two-underground floors for car parking with capacity of 300 cars. It will also have 45 residential rooms of star-category, health centre, sauna bath, gaming zone and swimming pool to fulfill the demands of its members.
