Raksha Shakti University is training Police officials from Nepal

Gandhinagar: Raksha Shakti University in Gujarat has started training 180 police officers from the neighboring nation Nepal for two weeks. The cost of this training will be carried by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. The cost of training each officer shall be Rs. 1 lakh, meaning the Government of India will spend Rs. 1.80 crore around. The university has so far trained the officials of 48 nations including Bangladesh, Maldives, and Myanmar among others. The courses to be taught to Nepal officers include Financial fraud investigation, VIP security training, Narcotics control & investigation, Road safety & traffic enforcement, and cybercrime investigation.
