AAP Gujarat Vice President Nathabhai Odedra quits party

Porbandar: Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, another leader from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has resigned from the party. The AAP Vice President, Nathabhai Odedra, has submitted his resignation from all positions within the party. Following his resignation, Odedra is likely to join the Congress party along with his supporters.

After resigning from the party, Odedra said, “I had launched a campaign against hooliganism in Porbandar, resulting in the suspension of a hooligan named Bhimada Makwana from the party. However, the party has been pressuring me to compromise with him, and I have consistently refused, stating that I will not compromise under any circumstances with hooliganism.”

Odedra, along with 15 party office bearers, has resigned from the party.

“I had issues with Arjunbhai Modhwadia, and now as he is no longer with the party I have no issues in the Congress,” he added. It is noteworthy that Nathabhai was previously a member of the Congress party and had contested the Gujarat Assembly election from the Kutiyana assembly seat in 2022 on congress ticket. DeshGujarat
