Haren Pandya case: Gujarat HC decision to be challenged in SC

The Gujarat government will appeal against the acquittal of the 12 accused in the Haren Pandya murder case. The govt informed the High Court about this decision today.
Last month, a division bench of the Gujarat High Court acquitted 12 people accused of murdering senior BJP leader and former Home Minister, Haren Pandya. A total of 19 people were accused of plotting and conducting his assassination. Four of them were never traced.
