After Jaynarayan Vyas’s recent public statement that the centre fully cooperates with Gujarat govt in development works, so far as his ministry is concerned, Arjun Modhwadia’s revealed that in private talks Jaynarayan Vyas praised Congress leader Ahmed Patel.
Now if you think Modhwadia is lying, then you need to wait for Jaynarayan Vyas to deny Modhwadia’s statement, but Vyas has not done so. Once when Shankersinh spoke in a public rally about Keshubhai’s private talk with him, Keshubhai had issued a denial note to media next day.
And we just can’t avoid more discussion on Jaynarayan Vyas’s private talks.
Do you know in 2005, Jaynarayan Vyas in a private talk with American consulate had defined Modi as dictator? The leaked cable says so.
Here is what the leaked cable of (dated March 2005) America’s then Mumbai based consulate Mr. Angus Simmons says about Jaynarayan Vyas’s private talk regarding Narendra Modi. This cable was leaked by Wikileaks last year.
According to this cable Jaynarayan Vyas told American envoy that the BJP would lose new elections(2007 assembly elections perhaps). Jaynarayan predicted that Modi was becoming untenable for the BJP and would likely be removed from office within the next six months( before 2006). Vyas said the Chief Minister was now perceived to be self-centered, arrogant and isolating himself from political realities. Vyas said there was no viable candidate in Gujarat, since “nobody can emerge as long as a dictator is in power.” Vyas criticized the Congress party for failing to present a viable alternative to Modi and the BJP.
Shri Vyas should be extra careful about his private talks, because everything would not remain private for ever.
