Actor Paresh Rawal who has been fielded by BJP on Ahmedabad East Lok Sabha seat today arrived at Ahmedabad airport. As per the party’s decision he was welcomed by MLAs and party workers of Ahmedabad East constituency at the airport. Rawal is likely to meet Chief Minister Narendra Modi at around 5.00 pm. He will later visit Bapunagar and address party workers at Saraspur based hall at 7.00 pm. He will also visit Vatva which is another assembly seat area under Ahmedabad East seat at around 8.00 pm and address the party workers there.

Meanwhile sitting Ahmedabad East BJP MP Harin Pathak is in Delhi today. Pathak was contacted by national president of BJP Shri Rajnath Singh on phone yesterday at around 10.00 pm and asked to come to Delhi. Accordingly Pathak canceled his pre-announced press conference today morning and rushed to Delhi in 10.00 am flight. Speaking briefly to media persons, Pathak hoped for solution of Ahmedabad East ticket allocation issue.
