Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP prime ministerial candidate Shri Narendra Modi today attacked Sonia Gandhi over her patriotism related remark in Assam speech yesterday. Shri Modi while speaking at Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh asked Sonia about location of two Italian marines who killed Indian fisherman. Modi asked, “Soniaji please reply in which jail of this country Italian marines are locked?”

“Did Sonia utter a word about Arunachal youth killed in Delhi? She was visiting Assam yesterday in north-east, but did she mention Nido’s death in Delhi?”

“Sonia Gandhi yesterday in her speech said, some people these days are beating drums of patriotism.”

“So now 125 crore Indians will have to go to Sonia Gandhi to take tuition of patriotism?”

“I pray for not putting question mark on patriotism of 125 crore countrymen.”

“Madom Sonia the 125 crore citizens of this nation don’t need your certificate for patriotism.”

“When two Italian marines killed our fishermen in Kerala, who was in Delhi who helped Italian marines to escape from India? Who directed government in Delhi helped the killers to flee from India?”

“Shall we allow Indian fishermen to die? Shall we leave those who killed our fishermen? Is this a patriotism? And you want to give us certificate of patriotism? If Supreme Court was not in picture, if Italian ambassador was not called for answer, Italian Marines could stay in Italy only.”

“You challenge our patriotism?”

“In which jail the Italian marines are imprisoned?”

“If you want to learn patriotism, meet Arunachal Pradesh citizens who greet each other with ‘Jay Hind’.”

Modi asked why film shootings take place in New Zealand? Why can’t in Arunachal Pradesh? Those in power here are not interested in such issues. They are not interested in trees here, they are interested only in their throne which is made using wood of these threes.

Modi said he asked for exchange programme of women police person between Gujarat and Arunachal Pradesh. This could be crucial step in the direction of national integration, but his letter was not replied.

Modi attacked Arunachal Congress Chief Minister over rigging in elections. Modi said there will be nobody to protect Arunachal CM post 16th of May. Modi asked what kind of Chief Minister is here who doesn’t have courage to contest the election?

He said the elections are fought through democratic spirit, and to silent the opponents, to suffocate them, don’t suit to democracy.

Modi said, arrogance of Congress party is touching sky. Instead of giving answer they are asking questions to us. They are running the govt, They are ruining the country and they seek answer from us?

He said, “we heard about vegetable market, but it is only in Arunachal that we find MLA’s market. Till the time this game of market is on, there’s no future for Arunachal. Let Delhi govt and Arunachal govt answer what did you do in last ten years, where did you do, how did you do, whether you did it in day or in dark? Did you deposit your gains in country or abroad?”
