Farmer held for death of 11 Nil Gai

A farmer has been arrested by Forest department for killing 11 Nil Gai by mixing poison into water to kill Nil Gai.
Farmers in pockets of Gujarat, especially in most of the areas of Saurashtra region are facing menace of Nil Gai which enters into fields in groups and destroy standing crops.
A farmer Naranbhai Parshottambhai from Tatalia village of Khambha taluka, fed up with this problem had mixed poisonon Urea in small artificial water body in his farm.
11 Nil Gai died after consuming Urea mixed water. Their dead bodies were found from nearby farm which belongs to another farmer Gidhabhai Damjibhai Variya.
When Forest Department conducted probe, it was found that Naranbhai had not only mixed poison with water but had also made arrangement of electric current to kill Nil Gai.
Naranbhai was upset due to menace of Nil Gai after suffering damage to his crops frequently. After all other attempts he had taken this step to protect his crop.
