1100 shifted to safer locations in 96 hours by NDRF teams

16 teams of NDRF in last 96 hours shifted over 1100 persons to safer locations in flood hit districts of Banaskantha, Patan and Kutch. Madical and para medical teams of NDRF have distributed free medicines and given primary treatment to flood victims.
The NDRF teams are equipped with deep diving set, boats and swimmers. NDRF jawans have distributed 5,000 food packets.
6 other teams of NDRF have shifted 600 people to safe location in Jhalor district of Rajasthan.
