CBI filed chargesheet in Sohrabuddin case today afternoon in Ahmedabad’s Mirzapur area based special court of CBI.

Very crucial detail coming in is that the 2000 page chargesheet(with 100 page main chargesheet, 700 pages of witness testimony and 70 objects of material evidence) mentions Gujarat minister of state for Home Shri Amit Shah’s name as murder accuse. The chargesheet has 15 names as accused including Amit Shah. Chargesheet accused Amit Shah as main conspirator. Charges against Shah are: abduction, forceful detention, murder Conspiracy and destruction of evidence.

This means, CBI is now ready to arrest Amit Shah on the bases of chargesheet, which is very crucial document.

The special CBI court of Ahmedabad will hear Amit Shah’s anticipatory bail application and CBI’s plea for issuing Shah’s arrest warrant both in a short time from now. Whatever comes first in court hearing would decide Shah’s future.
