Senior citizen Bharat Solanki celebrates birthday with Vaghela

Anand MP, union minister of state for Drinking water and Sanitation, and former Gujarat Congress President Bharatsinh Solanki celebrated his birthday by holding a district level gettogather of Congress workers in presence of leader of opposition Shankersinh Vaghela.
Solanki has thus demonstrated clear alignment with Gujarat Congress’s Shankersinh Vaghela group, because none other state level Congress leader was invited to the function.
Always known as a young leader, Bharatsinh Solanki entered 61st year of his life today. Solanki who entered the state politics by winning assembly election from Borsad assembly seat later switched over to national politics and became minister of state in centre. For some time, he was given important Railway portfolio too.
Solanki is son of former Gujarat CM Madhavsinh Solanki.He will contest from Anand Lok Sabha seat again in next year’s general elections.
