Welingkar Management College cafeteria in Mumbai has introduced a Sino Gujarati fusion food that is called Dhokla-Manchurian Fusion. Watch out this video that narrates the story of this newly invented curry. Power of Gujarat and Gujaratis is talked in this video. In the video Chef of this cafeteria says “Gujaratis are our backbone. If they don’t eat, we are gone. Indian economy depends, food industry depends 50 percent on Gujarati food intake.” Wow !!
