Telugu film star turned politician Chiranjeevi’s masks for the 2009 Lok Sabha election campaign are made in Gujarat. Ahmedabad based Manish Baradia who runs Moving Pixels Ltd, was approached by Chiranjeevi’s men two month ago for making of his mask. Manish with his team had earlier made Gujarat Chief Minister narendra Modi’s mask for year 2007 Gujarat assembly elections. Modi’s mask had created great joy, excitement and success during the election season. Adopting the idea, Chiranjeevi too wanted to have his mask for Lok Sabha campaign.
Chiranjeevi’s masks were designed with the help of professional photographer, illustrator, sculpture artist and graphic artist. The masks are made of latex material. You can watch the process of making of the mask in the video above.
