“Congress has become a news agency”
Vadodara, 24 April, 2009
Continuing his attacks on Congress, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Friday equated Congress with news distribution agency that only relays bad news.
In his public meeting, Narendra Modi said “They are only relaying news like 1.5 crore people lost jobs or that 30 Taliban terrorists had entered the country. We don’t want news, we want their(Taliban intruders’) dead bodies. We want actions.”
“Is giving news the only job that remains for the central government? Is it a news agency?,” Modi asked the gathering.
