Tragic incident strikes Gujarati poet Madhav Ramanuj

Gujarat’s one of the best known poet and Ahmedabad based Kidney hospital’s social worker, Shri Madhav Ramanuj’s 33-year old unmarried daughter Neha Ramanuj committed suicide by hanging herself on fan inside her Vikram flat residence in Ambawadi area at around 11:00 am on Monday.

Neha Ramanuj was a teacher at C.N. School of Fine Arts.

Madhavbhai was at physiotherapy clinic with his wife when Neha committed suicide. Before committing suicide Neha called Madhavbhai on phone and told, ” I have given you enough problems, please forgive me if you can.” Madhavbhai rushed to his flat immediately after receiving this brief phone call but it was too late.

Neha has written a six-page long letter before committing suicide. Satellite police is investigating the case.
