Somebody puts Gujarat High Court proceeding video on Youtube!

In an unusual attempt of expression, an unknown person captured court proceeding video inside the Gujarat High Court’s courtroom with hidden camera and broadcast it on world’s biggest video sharing site Youtube.

Capturing video inside the courtroom is illegal and considered contempt of court. This is perhaps the first instance in the history of Gujarat that proceeding of court has been captured and put in public.

The video on youtube – ‘How high court of Gujarat works’ has been published in three parts. All parts were uploaded between 12 to 14 November according to Youtube video detail.

Narrating detail of the video, uploader ‘honeyaju’ says “Its really shame for justice system of India, with view of behavior of High court judge in bail petition from jail. Though he knew that the brother of petitioner filed written complain under constitutional right Article 14 to chief justice of Gujarat High court, But there is no person in the chair of justice who give justice, instead of justice only drama of justice. Must see.. In Bail petition judge speaks instead of the lawyer, and directly threaten to petitioners brother to withdraw petition how shame??????, and shameful lawyers support him. Its biggest shame for justice in India because they appoint judges like this.”

It seems that a person set his hidden camera inside the bathroom and entered the courtroom then after. He sat quietly on back benches and then went to make his point in front of judge. Whole video is more than 25 minutes long.
