Look who’s napping in Dhordo Chintan Shibir

When Gujarat Government’s fifth Chintan Shibir was organized in Gandhinagar in February 2009, we had published this photo(above)that showed how some of the participants in the Shibir were actually dozing off. The photograph was released by State Information Department itself.

Now this time in a photograph released by Information department(above), a senior babu has been caught dozing off on stage when Chief Minister’s speech is on. You can always argue that a photograph is matter of single moment and such pose could be accidental. But even then, this is interesting enough.
