After Europe,U.S,Singapore,Korea, AMC is ready for Brazil bills

Eight Ahmedabad Municipal Corporators and three officials headed by Mayor Kanaji Thakore, will visit Rio De Janero in Brazil between March 22-26 to attend the World Urban Forum.

The Mayor and Deputy Municipal Commissioner Captain Dilip Mahajan are presently on South Korea tour. They will come back from Korea and proceed to Brazil then.

Recently the Standing Committee Chairman visited America for an award function. Last year the Mayor visited several European countries. Before that, all corporators visited Singapore. Moreover visits to China, Bogota etc also happened in past.

Once in past when majority of standing committee members were abroad on tour, for the first time in the history of AMC, the standing committee meeting was held outside the country.
