Amitabh Bachchan to visit Gujarat’s Sasan Gir lion sanctuary

India’s legendary film star Amitabh Bachchan will visit Gujarat’s Sasan Gir forest during 2 to 5 June for shooting of advertisement promoting Gujarat tourism. Sasan Gir forest is one of the only two places in the world where lions are living in wild. It is world’s only habitat for Asiatic lions.
Bachchan is Gujarat tourism’s brand ambassador. According to his availability the video ads on Dwarka, Somnath, Ambaji, Sasan Gir lions, Rann of Kutch and Dang forests are to be filmed this year.
The ad films are to be made by Mumbai based O&M ad agency whose Chairman Piyush Pande has already visited Sasan Gir forests to scout exact locations for ad shoot.
