Group of ministers meet to discuss Shahpur attacks

Failed to protect Hindus in Shahpur and facing public anger due to death of Vijaybhai Datania here, the Gujarat govt on Wednesday evening convened a meeting in Ahmedabad’s Circuit house.
Minister of state for Home Shri Amit Shah, Revenue minister Anandiben Patel, minister Fakirbhai Vaghela, Ellisbridge MLA and city BJP president Rakesh Shah were present in the meeting among others.
The meeting took decision to form a coordination committee consisting four ministers to review Shahpur riots.
