Speaking to Etv, the people of Bihar(most of them) residing in Kosi flood affected area criticize Nitish Kumar for his shameful act of returning Rs 5 crore Kosi flood relief aid of Gujarat. One of the persons also asks “Would Nitish be able give back that doctor of Gujarat who died here while giving his service to flood affected people?” Another person asked, why Gujarat’s Rs 5 crore remained unspent for two years?
