For the children of entire western India, Essel world – located on an island near Borivali, Mumbai – is a place they dream to visit. But for us Gujaratis, isn’t it too far?
Then how would it be if you get your own small Essel world of water in Gujarat, and precisely very much in Ahmedabad, even that too just in the middle of the city?
The process behind this idea has already started.
Essel group’s pioneer Shri Subhash Chandra who was in Gandhinagar to attend the inaugural summit of Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2011 yesterday, also visited the city of Ahmedabad, and took a round of Sabarmati RiverFront with the Municipal Commissioner and Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation(AMC).
Shri Subhash Chandra has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) during the Vibrant Gujarat Summit for creating a water park with facility to start state-of-the-art water sports activities at Sabarmati RiverFront in Ahmedabad at a cost of Rs. 200 crore according to AMC officials.
