According to Shri M.S.Patel, Incharge ACP, Traffic department, there’s also provision of Rs. 50 fine, however there was no improvement just by collecting fine, therefore the department decided to go for stricter option.
“Person driving on wrong side not only put his life in danger, but also put other persons’ life at risk. Only strict action under already existing law can force discipline,” Shri Patel added.
