In his speech Shri Modi said, “We are not like those who simply distribute papers. In this government, we first take a decision on paper and then come to you to declare it. The new taluka will be in existence from 26th January of next year.”

Shri Modi recalled how he had promised the Sujlam Suflam scheme and fulfilled it.

“I had promised you’ll the Sujlam Suflam scheme in the year 2007, and our opponents were questioning that where would Modi bring the money from to build the canals, but today Sujlam Suflam is a reality. Water is flowing, thanks to which the underground water level is up. The prices of lands have increased,” Modi said.

Modi said the creation of one new taluka would not benefit not only the new taluka but in a way also help the administration of the existing taluka, thanks to the relief in the existing burden.

The Chief Minister attacked the Congress led government at the centre for their endless loot of public money.

Modi said that new taluka of Suigam will be developed in such a way that the rulers of Pakistan would be jealous about it from across the border.

Criticizing the Prime Minister for statements on correcting anti-corruption laws the Chief Minister said that Dr. Manmohan Singh will have to become Singham to stop loot of public money by the Congress party, but while Jamairaja of one family is facing allegations of corruption, the PM is not likely to become Singham, that’s what the people feel by and large.

Modi said, “Even though their party president is a woman, one Congress minister who is a favorite of Sonia’s family speaks derogatory words against women openly, while another Congress man in Haryana says that in 90% of rape cases, the victims go with consent. Even after such statements, Soniaji or Dr. Manmohan Singh feel nothing.”

Modi cautioned people against Congress’s political tricks and use of casteism. Modi said, “People often ask that from where will Modi bring money for development works, I want to reply that I spend only public money, and I can spend because I don’t have to spend for my daughter and son-in-law. I have no family, and six crore people are my family for whom I am spending my life.”
