Modi to visit Delhi to attend BJP’s Central Election Committee meeting on Thursday

BJP’s Central Election Committee will meet on Thursday in New Delhi for approval of final list of candidates for both the phases of Gujarat assembly elections. The last date of filing nominations for the first phase of elections is 24 November.
Gujarat BJP leaders Shri Narendra Modi, Shri RC Faldu, Shri Bhikhubhai Dalsania, Shri Purushottam Rupala will go to Delhi to attend the meeting. Central leader Shri V.Satishji will also attend the meeting.
The final list of candidates will be prepared by late in the evening on Thursday.
It is very much possible that all BJP candidates will file nominations on 24th. According to party sources, the election campaign across the state may kick off on 26th of November in presence of national leaders. Polling for the first phase is scheduled to be held on 13 December.
