And this was Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s reaction to execution of terrorist Afzal Guru.

It should be mentioned that when Kasab was executed in November last year, Shri Modi had tweeted: What about Afzal Guru, who attacked Parliament, our temple of democracy, in 2001? That offense predates Kasab’s heinous act by many years.
