CBI arrests IPS GL Singhal in Ishrat Jahan encounter case

IPS officer G.L. Singhal, SP, state crime records bureau, Gujarat has been arrested today by Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) team in Ahmedabad for his alleged involvement in year 2004 Ishrat Jahan encounter case. This is first arrest in this case, and more arrests are possible.
