Rajnath on Modi in party’s foundation day speech at Amdavad(video)

Addressing the foundation day function of BJP at Ahmedabad’s Sardar Patel stadium today evening, Shri Rajnath Singh, national president of BJP said that people of India will give suitable reply to Congress party’s remark that Narendra Modi is Yamraj.

In his speech Rajnath Singh said, “My heart pains when such CM is called Maut Ka saudagar, but I congratulate people of Gujarat that they gave suitable reply to such remark, but those who described Mr. Modi as Maut ka saudagar learned nothing. Now they say Modi is Yamraj. They told Modi Maut ka saudagar and saw what happened then, now they say him Yamraj. People of India will reply it.”

Rajnath in his speech said that in the land of Mahatma Gandhi, Narendra Modi walked on the path of Mahatma Gandhi and presented a model of development, and he worked without any bias to caste, sect.

“I am not praising him without reason, because not only me but the world admires the fact that Gujarat has become a model state,” he said.

“Even our opponents said so. You know Rajiv Gandhi Foundation is led by whom. If Rajiv Gandhi foundation praised any CM, it was Narendra Modi in year 2007-08. So if opponents also admire him, why as party’s national president I should stay away from admiring him?” Rajnath Singh said.

“Even US Congress research report a year back said about Narendra Modi that he is incorruptible,” he added.

“Therefore I am praising Mr. Modi, and It should not be taken otherwise,” he further added.
