District court gives relief to Bokhiria, sentence stayed

Porbandar district court today gave relief to Gujarat Cabinet Minister Shri Babubhai Bokhiria and gave stay against jail sentence to him.
Shri Bokhiria was convicted and given 3 years jail term by a local court in Porbandar in illegal mining case.
He has challenged the lower court verdict in upper court. He is out on bail with other accused.
