Targeting Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav over deteriorating law and order situation in the state, senior BJP leader Kalraj Mishra on Saturday said that the chief minister has failed in performing his duties. Speaking to media persons in Lucknow, he also slammed Akhilesh for his free laptop scheme for students and said that the people of the state want their safety first.
