Residential building collapses in Ahmedabad(Video)

A ground plus two floor high Rupal apartment, located on Radhaswami road in Ahmedabad’s Ranip area collapsed today morning. Two persons are injured and taken to hospital. Around 70 jawans of Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Services led by Chief Fire Officer Mr. Dastoor rescued one old woman alive from under the rubble. City Mayor was on the spot to supervise the rescue operation. The building was being repaired when collapsed as per the witnesses. Two laborers active in repairing work on the ground floor were among those injured.
