Almost entire Modi cabinet exploring interior Kutch today

Ahead of the state level Independence day function in Bhuj, the Kutch district is witnessing series of inauguration events. Many such events are being held in the presence of state ministers.

On Friday, Finance Minister Nitin Patel is scheduled to attend mega health camp in GK General hospital. He will also visit events in Mankuva and Adipur. Another minister Ramanbhai Vora will dedicate sports complex in Madhapar, and hold a review meeting with representatives of Swami Vivekananda Yuva Kendra. He will also dedicate another sports complex in Gandhidham.

Education minister Shri Bhupendrasinh Chudasama will dedicate pipe line, bore-well and other works at Nakhatrana in TD Velani high school. He will also open Kakadbhit-Sayra road at Naranpar and Sayra villages.

Energy minister Shri Saurabhbhai Patel will dedicate Rs. 18 crore permanent infrastructure facilities for tourists at Dhordo. He will also dedicate tourist facilities at Bhitara, Chhchala and Chhari Dhand and later visit Bhuj hat.

Water supply minister Babubhai Bokhiria will dedicate development works in Mundra, Vaghura and Tappar.

Minister Parbatbhai Patel will be in Selari, Rapar and Adipur to dedicate the development works.

Minister of state Jayantibhai Kavadia will be visiting Gadhshisha, Mau, Rajpar and Bheraiya villages for similar events.

Minister Ganpatbhai Vasava will open development projects in Abdasa taluka’s Hajapar, Nundhatad, Naredi.

Minister Vasuben Trivedi will open new Anganwadis at Bhachau and Anjar.

Minister Govindbhai Patel will dedicate Eco-tourism center in Dholavira, link road at Ratanpar and staff quarters of forest department in Bhachau.

According to minister Ganpat Vasava, the district of Kutch is witnessing dedication events of development works worth Rs. 8,000 crore ahead of the 15th August this year.

Such days long ‘carpet bombing’ ahead of the 15th August function is well-known style of the Narendra Modi government. Every year ahead of the state level function of 26th January and 15th August, the state government holds development related events and drives at the place where the function is going to be organized. This year district headquarter Bhuj has been chosen for the state level function of 15th August. Earlier state level functions of independence day and republic day were organized in capital town Gandhinagar only, but Modi government started organizing these events at district headquarters.
