Supreme Court rejects P.P.Pandey’s anticipatory bail plea

Gujarat top cop IPS P.P.Pandey has once again failed to get any relief from the court in Ishrat Jahan encounter case.
After his pleas rejected in lower courts, Shri Pandey approached Supreme Court to get anticipatory bail, but today the Supreme Court rejected his.
Shri Pandey is untraceable at this point of time. CBI is in attempt to find him out for arrest.
