Ahmedabad, 6 September 2013
At 10.30 am, it’s now clear that Congress’s bandh has evoked no response. In one word it can be termed as ‘fiasco’.
Traffic is normal on roads, markets are open, public buses are normally functioning barring five-six incidents of flat tire and stone pelting in the morning, rail traffic is unaffected, officers are on, school colleges also had normal day barring less than couple of dozen incidents of attempts of forceful closure.
A group of Congress goons locked principal of GB Shah college in Vasna area of Amdavad protesting principal’s decision to not to join bandh. A bike was burnt in Palanpur.
