Mr. Modi inaugurated the Chintan Shibir here at Mahatma Mandir.

In his inaugural remarks, Mr. Modi said, “The number of prant officers in the state has doubled and on average each officer is tasked with the responsibility of overall development and wellbeing of two talukas.” In this backdrop, it is essential that offer inspirational leadership for an excellent delivery system of government services and for the social partnership, Mr. Modi said.

For the state’s development scaling new heights, Mr. Modi praised the competency and power of Team Gujarat and credited them for this achievement. He said, “We have got success in decentralizing of the power following the Panchayati Raj system.
