Vipul Chaudhary gets relief from the High Court

The Gujarat High Court has given stayed Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) board meeting scheduled on Saturday to discuss no confidence motion against Chairman Vipul Chaudhary.
Hear in this case will continue on 11 November now.
The High Court observed that cooperative laws had no provision for ‘no confidence motion’ procedure.
