Mohd. Tehseen Akhtar emerges as the mastermind of Modi rally blasts

Tehseen Akhtar, the right hand of arrested Indian Mujahideen (IM) founder leader Yasin Bhatkal, has emerged as the mastermind of Patna serial blasts.

It was revealed during the Police interrogation of Imtiyaz, a person arrested just after the blasts took place at Patna railway station. The parrested person was trying to run away from the spot when he was caught by the Police.

The arrested person is a relative of Tehseen Akhtar.

Tehseen Akhtar is the mastermind of Bodh Gaya blasts as well.

According to police sources, there is a possibility of Tehseen Akhtar being present at the blast site.

According to sources, the Ranchi Module of IM is believed to be behind these blasts.

23 year old Tehseen Akhtar is a resident of Samastipur.

His full name is Mohd. Tehseen Akhtar.

His father’s name is Mohommad Waseem Akhtar and is a resident of Samastipur (R/o Maniarpur,PO-Muktapur, PS Kalyanpur, District- Samastipur, Bihar).

He is 5’6” tall and has got fair complexion and oval face.

He is wanted in Case No RC-06/2012/NIA-DLI and NIA has announced reward of Rs. 10 lakhs for any information leading to his arrest.

A Non bailable warrant (NBW) has also been issued against his name .
