Narendra Modi flies to Goa to attend Abhijat Parrikar’s wedding

Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi left for Goa on Thursday afternoon to attend wedding function of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar’s younger son Abhijat.
Shri Modi was expected to attend either attend the wedding ceremony today or the reception the following day.
Modi’s rally in Goa had been put off from December to the second week of January(12th Jan.) to ensure it does not disturb Christmas celebration in a state where Catholics account for over 25 per cent of the population.
Parrikar’s son Abhijat has completed his MBA from University of Houston-Victoria and looks after Parrikar’s factory, Goa Hydraulics Pvt Ltd at Mapusa.
